1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at support@oorugaivillas.com.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Replacements

Because our products are perishable, returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged, leaked, or incorrect on arrival.

  • You notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.

Send an email with order ID + evidence to support@oorugaivillas.com.

3. Refund Method

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 working days to the original payment mode.

  • Alternatively, you may choose a replacement or store credit.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used jars/pouches.

  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper storage.

  • Discounted or promotional products.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or wrongly sent.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellations are not eligible for a refund as products are perishable.
