1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
If your delivery address is outside our regular service area, we will notify you before dispatch.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • All products are freshly packed after receiving your order to ensure quality and freshness.

  • You’ll receive an email or WhatsApp notification once your order is shipped, including tracking details.


3. Delivery Time

  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may take a few extra days.

  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen events are beyond our control — but we will assist you in tracking the package.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on weight, volume, and destination.

  • Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders (check ongoing offers on our website).

  • Any applicable taxes or fees will be shown before final payment.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you’ll receive:

  • A tracking number and courier partner name via email/SMS.

  • You can track shipment status using the courier’s official website or the tracking link provided.

If you face tracking issues, email support@oorugaivillas.com with your order ID.


6. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier will usually make two delivery attempts.

  • If undelivered (due to incorrect address or customer unavailability), the parcel may be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping may incur additional delivery charges.


7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered, or missing items:

  1. Take clear photos of the parcel and inner packaging immediately.

  2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@oorugaivillas.com with your order ID and photos.

  3. We’ll investigate and arrange for replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.


8. Wrong Address or Contact Details

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number before confirming your order.
We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect details.


9. Delivery Partners

We use reliable national courier services (e.g., DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, India Post, etc.) depending on your location to ensure safe and timely delivery.
